When I first started working out, I had no idea what I was doing. Worst of all, my form was completely off when performing any chest exercises. I was excited to see the boulder shoulders that it gave me but…I was performing chest exercises, so why are my shoulders so massive but I still have a tiny chest. Since then I have corrected my form and am happy to say that my chest is growing at a rapid rate now. 💜💪🏼 Everybody meet JAKE!! 💪🏼💜 Jake first joined with us here at Anytime Fitness Caroline Springs in February 2018. He comes into the club to train 3-4 times a week. Jake joined with us as his previous club closed and he heard we were the best in the area. Since starting his fitness journey 5 years ago Jake reached his goal weight of 75kgs through participating in an 8 week challenge. He has managed to maintain this and is looking to build muscle. Close grip inclined #chestpress is another great #chestworkout that I’ve been doing a lot lately with good results. Side note: I’ve been trying a lot of chest workouts lately because I’ve hit a plateau and I’ve been trying to increase my strength by switching things up often. One thing @allarndtht_brim and I have started doing is 100 push-ups a day. Ich bin auch sehr offen für Vorschläge und eure Fragen beantworte ich sehr gerne! 👍 ' Heute: Muskelkontraktion ' Konzentrisch (positiv-dynamisch, überwindend) Die intramuskuläre Spannung ändert sich und die Muskeln verkürzen sich. Nähern sich Ursprung und Ansatz des Muskels an und verkürzt sich dabei der Muskel, spricht man von konzentrischer Muskelarbeit. Beispiele: Wenn ihr beim Bankdrücken das Gewicht wieder nach oben drückt. Oder beim Latzug herunter zieht. ' Exzentrisch (negativ-dynamisch, nachgebend) Es kommt zu Spannungsänderungen und Verlängerung/Dehnung der Muskeln. Wird ein Muskel auseinandergezogen, also während sich Ansatz und Ursprung des Muskels voneinander entfernen, versucht der Muskel, die Bewegung abzubremsen. In diesem Falle spricht man von einer exzentrischen Kontraktion. Beispiel: Wenn ihr beim Bankdrücken das Gewicht herab lasst oder beim Latzug das Gewicht wieder hoch lasst.
