Working up to that 250kg deadlift so i went for 10 reps on 180kg. Was alot easier than i thought as i only hit it for a double this year, could of done more if i didn't have shit grip. Need to work on my poor neck position amd keeping my tongue in my mouth, but ill get that 300 soon.
My back is defenitely the hardest for me to get a strong mind to muscle connection with. Making it the hardest to gro, but its finally getting there.. 2 months difference.

People always seem so suprised when they ask what i eat on a daily basis and it doesn't involve meat or eggs. Im just as suprised hearing people would rather 2nd hand protien rather than get it straight from the source.

Ultimately it doesn't matter how much you can load on a barbell or whether you can press triple figure dumbbells. True strength is what you can do with your body. Ps handstands on parallel bars are so much fucking harder 😂
So after hitting a 3rm on front squat for 5 sets (130kg) i went for a 1rm on 140. Front squats are always hit and miss for me but today was a good day.
So these were feeling impossible after training triceps and core yesterday... Balance still aint great but i got 2 lockouts at the end so i was happy. Determination is key.
New PR for me on Hang power cleans, only got 2 but im happy with it.
Ive always struggled with this variation of the clean which is weird because my Hang Snatch is better than my snatch 🤔

Doesnt matter what you can put on a barbell or how much you can dumbbell press. True strength is what you can do with your body. Proper struggling with the hand stand on the parallel bars, nearly smashed my face twice 😂

Didnt event train back today... wouldn't bloody grow for 4 years now it wont stop. Guess thats what happens when you stop living off sweets and chocolate.
