"Before joining JDs: Women’s Fitness in July 2016, I trained approx. 3 times a week mostly cardio and a one-on-one PT session with Jamie, which focused on strength training.
Jamie encouraged me to join JDs which interested me as I really wanted to get into a routine of training consistently 3-4 times a week, focusing on building my strength and toning my body.
From the moment I joined, I have not looked back! The group of ladies were so warm and friendly in welcoming me and the incredible level of support and encouragement is what keeps me coming back to every session (now 5 times a week)! Not only have a been able to achieve things I never thought would be possible for me, like completing consecutive pull ups and squatting my body weight, but I have made some lifelong friends in the process.
Jamie is a passionate, dedicated, kind and very approachable PT, which is very rare to find! Jamie puts his client’s needs first and is always accommodating to all levels of fitness, strength and age"
