All of this took a toll on me. I was depressed, low energy, and underweight, probably not correctly nourished.
I went vegan for the animals, but after about 3 years I started dating a meat eater and was conviced to "indulge myself" so I went back to eating animals minus pigs. I felt worse than ever. I was angry, felt unloved, and sick inside until...
The meat head and I parted ways and a while later I took acid and went to a gay bar and met a lightworker who helped remind me of who I am (slightly). He said he was vegan and he told me to open my pineal gland in addition to teaching me things I could never forget. The next day I decided to go back to a vegan lifestyle. I was still eating some processed foods at the time, but wanted to incorporate more healthy foods.
After meeting my darling twin flame and raising my frequecy, the appeal of dead animal flesh, cow puss, and chemicals frighten me, but it didn't stop there. We removed 99% of processed foods (exception of organic non gmo foods with only plant derived ingredients from trusted sources).
We removed all chemically enhanced products from our lives: flouride toothpaste (we make our own now), shampoo, most soaps, most laundry detergent, air fresheners, and more.
We no longer use microwaves.
We do not use teflon or aluminum foil.
No white sugar, flour, or rice.
We reduce our waste as much as possible by buying in bulk or buying single pieces of produce.
We are in a stage where we eat intuitively and only consume for nourishment. We are working on removing all low frequency things from our lives, but it takes time. We are trying to eat more raw foods, intermittent fasting, more alkaline, no flouridated water, and trying to do a 3 day fast to reset our systems.
We use diatomaceous earth, drink herbal teas, use essential oils, use crystal healing, himalayan salt lamps, and treat our bodies like temples.
