I saw some Max P peers doing sprints with sandbags in the prior class so I was curious and tried it out as well. Holy moly! Glad I was able to complete it though because Meryll from 8 months ago would’ve quit right away! Challenge accepted and conquered!

Really did NOT want to do my workout today... 😝 my mind kept finding a million ways to talk myself out of it. But I turned on the tv and did it anyway.💪 Almost stopped half way through, but reasoned with myself that it was only another 15 minutes so why stop when I was almost there? 🤷
Just because I share my journey with you all and my feed is mostly fitness related things now, doesn't mean that I am totally motivated all of the time. I USUALLY battle challenging days or feel extremely unmotivated about the prospect of working out... especially after a long day of work beforehand. 😥
Reasons like this are WHY I share my journey and WHY I've chosen to become a beachbody coach. I want to let you know that I'm just like you, struggling to get through things everyday. But, if we can support each other and hold each other accountable, the process will be a bit easier in the long run. 🙌

Progress over prefection👊✌🙌💪 When I started this program I wasn't able to do the hip dips without being on my knees and I wasn't able to do the flies with with weights at all! And here I am on day 41 and I am able to!! Its not always about the scale, its about NSV's!!! Celebrating my accomplishment today by doing some self care!
