• 3 frozen bananas
• 3 cups spinach
• 1 kiwi fruit, peeled
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• 2 tsp hemp seeds
• 2/3 cup coconut milk
• 1 cashew coconut bar
• any additional toppings of choice
1) Peel 3 large, ripe bananas (they should be yellow with some brown specks) and store in the freezer overnight.
2) Combine frozen bananas, spinach, kiwi fruit, lime juice, hemp seeds, and coconut milk in a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
3) Chop up one @thepurebar
Cashew Coconut Fruit & Nut Bar. Prepare any other toppings of choice. Transfer the smoothie to bowls and add all of the toppings. Enjoy!
