Started off my morning with a great cross fit class! Today was great!!! Thank you to all that showed up to come out and support. We raised and amazing amount of money and had a great time doing it. It was really incredible seeing people come together and work so hard to raise money to help support awareness and research for such an amazing organization, The American Heart Association, and the millions people affected by heart conditions and diseases. We can never do it alone. I’m so glad we have a community behind us that is thins great. Special shout out to Ruby Besos Jasmine Northrop and Nikki DaOne for showing up and working your ass off today, it was truly and intense workout. After being in the car for 4 hours today Fire 55 Class was actually just what I needed! Torched a bunch of calories and got the blood moving! When you see a five guys burger what do you see and think? Most people think that looks good but it’s super unhealthy. I see a meal that is actually pretty healthy 🍔 I see beef and bacon which have a lot of protein and essential amino acids. The fats are high in saturated fats which a lot of people are afraid of but saturated fats help support healthy testosterone levels. 🍔 I also see vegetables with vitamins and minerals. You can get peppers, lettuce, tomatoes, mushrooms, and onions. These veggies along with the bun provide some fiber in the meal. The cheese provides a ton of calcium to support bone health 🍔 This meal is high in calories but there are a lot of positives. No, you shouldn’t eat five guys every meal but you can do way worse than a burger

Let's talk about habits and ways to make exercises one 🤷🏽‍♀️ • I know that it ain't easy to get up in the morning or stay up late at night to hit your workout at the gym or do any other exercises! I'll put down here some tips that may help you with being consistent and turning an exercises into an habit! • 1️⃣ Do something you love : this is so so so important. If you're forcing yourself you'll never be able to stick to it and be really into it! • 2️⃣ Commit to another person : by having someone by your side, you might be more motivated, even more if it's a new thing for you! • 3️⃣ Take some times to track your progress : it'll help you focus on your goals. Be aware of small indicators such as getting a good night's sleep, having more energy, etc... • 4️⃣ Try to make a routine : train at the same moment you're used to.
