Back cooking for myself is not fancy, but I am not gonna lie—it is good! For brunch today: grass fed organic beef patty w/ cheddar cheese; organic green salad w/ a little olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Himalayan sea salt & pepper; and though I would love to just not do any starches, I don’t want a repeat of last time when I started keto and had severe leg muscle cramps for 6 days and nights—cuz I dropped carbs cold turkey. No thank you! So I’m eating some sweet potato with organic @kerrygoldusa

mayo & pickles as a garnish, and I will tell you this is damn good! Yesterday I heated up my pho broth with some organic spinach cooked in butter, getting those nutrients and detoxing from my travels! And of course, freshly brewed iced tea w/ stevia & @goultima
