I do love carbs as they make me feel warm on the inside but they have such a bad name which always harshes my buzz 🙄 Imagine my delight when I read in the news today that they ain't that bad after all #hallelujah
🙌🏻 Apparently, the theory is that if you eat carbs with a meal you should fast from them for a meal or two to let your body burn them off. So, basically don't eat them with every meal. If you have a carby breakfast don't eat them for lunch. Apparently, even eating them before bed is fine as they found eating them at night actually stabilised your blood sugars. It's not very often I read the news and feel happy so today has been a great day 🙌🏻💗😆 P.S - I would have loved to have eaten a bowl of pasta with my vegan Spag Bol to celebrate BUT I bet a tenner with my colleague that I wont eat carbs for 7 days if he don't eat meat #kmn #carbs #weightloss #veganaury #vegan #plantbased #motivation #instablogger #slimmingworld #weightlosstransformation #weight #happy #lowcarb
