‘s Colour Bloom series, magical multicoloured screen prints 💗
These framed prints are available in the Gallery Shop during her exhibition, which ends on July 31st!
We love these canvas reproductions of the beautiful work by Meg Howald from her series “Patterns”, a mixed media series with acrylic, oil and ink on canvas. There are more pieces in this series that celebrates the complexities of the female ethos with jeweled hats, secretive veils and textured tattoos. It attends to women’s creative adornment with exotic body mapping. Check her out at meghowaldfilm.com! #canvasprints #canvasart #reproduction #inproduction #torontoimageworks #canadianartist #portraits
A little bit too in love with this painting of Lake Louise. I was commissioned to paint this piece as a wedding gift for two brides living in Alberta 👰👰💕. Hoping they enjoy it!!

Tempo Lucifero (Lucifer's Weather) by Rory O'Kelly @roryokelly2215
(Bagnelstown, Ireland 1965)
Painting has been a force in the life of Rory O'Kelly since he watched his father paint as a small boy. His father, a musician and a painter, took his inspiration from his father who studied his craft in Paris. Along with his family members who are broadcasters, award winning musicians and journalists, O'Kelly has strong familial connection to the arts. His great aunt is renowned Irish writer Maura Laverty. Rory O'Kelly's current style is overtly mid-modern abstract. His inteligent designs reflect his vision of the future but they are as relevant today as ever. It is a response to our times, our concerns, our unfolding future.
O'Kelly's work can be found in corporate and private collections around the world. Born in Bagnelstown, Ireland, he now splits his time between Elora, Canada and his beloved Emerald Isle @roryokelly2215

Rock + water + cloudy skies = Newfoundland, simply beautiful. xo #workinprogress
Peculiar things seen on my path to the studio today. It’s hot as a tin roof at the equator today at Parker Street Studios and I’m double doing the fans on my back so I don’t faint. Haha! New version of hot yoga...painters hot yoga going on 🧘♀️ here. If anyone knows what that is in the picture above, please share your thoughts.
Hey everyone! I’m back from my little break. It has been so nice to get outside and create more often. I’ve been writing a lot of new music and making many different styles of art. I hope you get the chance to enjoy nature this summer too. I know that we get so caught up in our busy schedules and passions that we forget to slow down at times. I experience life unfiltered, in HD constantly...so it’s easy to become overwhelmed. When I enter a busy room, I notice every single sound...even the different tones from humming machines and the different shoes people have on as they walk. That’s what I’ve been learning lately...we really need to slow down and breathe. It’s so basic, but I forget it way too often. 🍃

I do a wee bit of visual arts curation and over the past year I've been putting together shows at The Northern Quarter - a fine venue with years of history, starting with the Fort Cafe back in the day.
TONIGHT I'm elated for our newest opening of large abstract works from artist Andrea Soos 👐.
and I helped hang her work and those gorgeous large pieces are even more stellar in person - you have to see them! They're stunning.
"A Fine Line" - New Works by Andrea Soos. Tonight from 5-7 pm, the bar and kitchen are open. 1724 Douglas street.
Show goes from now until August 25th.
Do other artists do a happy dance💃 when they sell a piece of art? Well, I don't do it in front of everyone, but I do it at home later. Maybe I should do it right there...an interpretive dance! 🤣
I'm excited🎆 that this little piece (with the actual ✋hand🤚 stitched French knots) has sold.
Thank you to the purchaser and to @albertacraftcouncil
for your support.
I think it’s time to start this bear! 🐻🏔🌲🎨
