💪🏼I have been back on #keto
for 6 days and already seeing results, today I weighed my lowest weight since starting this journey October 2017 so thankful I found the #ketolifestyle
Prior to that I was going through a tough time after the death of a loved one- I buried myself in work and food, ended up having a few weight related health issues and it was recommended by a friend and a physician to try the #ketodiet
but doing that taught me so much about my unhealthy mindset about food, emotional eating, and dieting.
Last month was full of vacations and quite a bit of personal stresses, I decided to rest- not quit, I worked out daily but my food choices were good but not great. I needed the mental break from counting and thinking so much about it. My mind has changed so much in the last 6 months, keto has made me more aware of what I’m putting in my body, it has helped me to recognize triggers and when I’m eating mindlessly. Last month taught me how much I have learned to make this weight loss sustainable for life not temporary.
I follow people on here who follow many different plans-#macros #weightwatchers #calorietracking #whole30
and a few who do not follow a plan at all they just inspire others with their positivity and outlook on food and fitness ❤️ I love following it all!! We each have our own journey and you have to do what’s best for you! So keep going and keep reaching for your #goals
