So I love that these purple potatoes have more nutrients than standard varieties you find at the store. I also found a great video by Dr. Greger where he explains a study that found that purple potatoes reduce inflammation & DNA damage and lower blood pressure compared to white and yellow potato varieties (get a link to the video in my stories)! . ❓What’s your position on potatoes❓ There’s such a spectrum of scientific opinions on whether they’re healthy, what color is best and how they should be prepared! Guten Morgen alle zusammen 💙 Kleine Vorstellungsrunde 🙇‍♀️ . Das bin ich ☝️ seit gestern 24 Jahre und bringe, bei einer Größe von 1,68m, in den letzen Tagen wieder 86/87kg auf die Waage. (Der Swipe 👉 zeigt es ganz gut) . . Da ich eben angefangen habe meine persönliche Geschichte zu schreiben, mir das aber eindeutig zu lang ist, gibt's jetzt ne knackige Version 🤣 . Ich bin unheimlich empfindlich für Stress, ob es Situationen oder Menschen sind.. meine Belastungsgrenze ist die letzten Jahre immer weiter gesunken und ich kämpfe schon seit einer Weile mit einem ziemlich üblen Reizdarm. *Wer sich das nicht vorstellen kann, für mich ist's in den höchst Phasen wie ne durchgängige Magen-Darm-Grippe, gibt auch leichtere Formen* Das letze Jahr hat mir, durch eine falsche Job Entscheidung, den Boden unter den Füßen weggerissen, die mir so stark geschadet hat, dass ich am Ende im Krankenhaus gelandet bin. Im Grunde möchte ich jetzt mein Leben wieder auf die Reihe bekommen und dazu gehört auch wieder das Gewicht zu bekommen, das ich noch im Studium hatte (75kg).. schöner wäre natürlich mal Normalgewicht 🤣 Ich bin auch dafür jetzt in Therapie, um mit meinem Darm und dem drum herum irgendwie klar zu kommen * seltsamerweise nehm ich in diesen Phasen immer zu, denke aber weil ich unbewusst auch durch den Stress mehr futter 🤷‍♀️ . .
