Over 300 pounds at the age of 19 is BEYOND dangerous as for it would be at any age, but having so many years ahead of me and being so over weight is scary. Little did i know that a year and a half later I would be where I am today, over 170 lbs gone with diet and exercise and losing this all on my own. So since I have been using the Perfect Keto Collagen Protein (which I love) I decided to experiment a bit with it to see how versatile it is with other products. And ... I hit on a keeper!! This is creamy, delicious, VERY filling and the lemon/vanilla mixture gives it a hint of sweet. Tazo has a bunch of great tea flavors. I have several and will end up trying them all with different variations. 🙂 I’m calling this one ... Lemon Loaf Protein. 1 scoop vanilla Perfect Keto Collagen Protein 8 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk 2 tea bags (Tazo - Glazed Lemon Loaf) 2 oz of boiling water 1. Brew tea in 2 oz boiling water. Allow to steep for 5-7 min or until desired strength. Once brewed, remove tea bags and add a couple of ice cubes to cool down. 2. In a blender cup, add almond milk and collagen powder. 3. Pour cooled tea into blender cup. 4. Fill remainder of cup with ice cubes. 5. Blend until fully mixed and creamy. Enjoy! NOTE: You can add sweetener if you like but I found it didn’t need any. The protein powder is sweetened with Stevia and that was enough for me. 🍓🍓🍓🍓. Ok so I know I made Keto Gummy Bears 🐻 as a treat yesterday, but I figured why can’t I treat myself everyday 😋. Instead of the Black Cherry Flavor 🍒, I used Strawberry 🍓 SF Jell-o and boy is it delicious (I’m currently munching away on these as I type 🤤). Anyways, instead of the two servings I made yesterday, I doubled the recipe and made 4 servings (go to my gummy bear post from yesterday, to get the recipe) 😋. For dinner tonight I made a cheesey 🧀 Cauliflower “Mac and Cheese” with shredded Bacon 🥓. I cooked 94g of Riced Cauliflower in 1 tbsp of Kerry Gold, and seasoned it with my fave seasonings. While that was cooking, I baked 4 slabs of bacon 🥓 at 350 degrees in the oven. Once the bacon was done I took it out and let it cool. While the bacon was cooling, I added 2 tbsp of HWC to the cooked cauliflower and then 20g of Mozzarella and stirred it, until the the cauliflower and cheese started to combine. I then shredded the bacon and mixed it into the cauliflower mixture 😛. After that, I added it in a bowl and finally topped it with 10g of Mozzarella and let it broil, until it was golden brown 😍. So yummy 🤤! Now imma be honest, CAULIFLOWER will never replace Mac and Cheese🧀 , BUT, it can do its thang 😋. This came up to 7.2g of Net Carbs and 620 Calories 😛. • • • To a Happier, Healthier You

For breakfast, I had 122g of Broccoli 🥦, steamed in 1 tbsp of Kerry Gold, 4 slabs of Bacon and 1 Egg fried hard in 1 tbsp of Kerry Gold 😋 and topped with 28g of Feta Cheese. This came up to 4g of Net Carbs and 740 Calories 😛. For my first snack, I had the Quest Nutritional Tortilla Style Protein Chips (Nacho Cheese flavor 🧀). This came up to 4g of Net Carbs and 140 Calories 😋. For my second snack, I had one whole bag of Gouda Moon Cheese 🧀! This came up to 0g of Net Carbs and 315 Calories ☺️.
