LEG DAYY 💃🏻
1. Front squats (allow you to get a good workout without having to push your usual back squat weight, they’re a struggle for me because my upper body and abs are weak so I wanna improve)
2. Leg press (not in video)
3. Single leg deadlifts (go down slowly, and squeeze the glute fast on the way up - helps with balance and with booty building)
4. Hip bridges (pause for 2 seconds at the top and go down for about 4 secs, push through the heels/ squeeze glutes fast on the way up and hold)
5. Offset lunges (dumbbell opposite of working/front leg - offset weight which means one side is heavier helps target the glute medius and works your abs for stabilization too)
I almost didn’t post the last video because my chest looks about 10x the size of my butt but it’s a great exercise so here u go lol

I couldn’t be anymore proud of this one! She shows up to every training session and makes sure her nutrition right!
She’s 7 weeks into her 16 week challenge and she’s killing it!

Standing DB Shoulder Press
Standing overhead presses are one of the best ways to test and improve upper body strength and stability!
It’s vital to keep your 🍑 and core squeezed when doing overhead presses to keep the pressure off of your lower back
Make sure you’re including standing overhead presses into your strength programming!
Steak Burrito Bowls - In this picture I wanted to show what the difference could look like if you were meal prepping for weight loss or weight gain!
Remember that when we are making body composition changes, calorie balance is the most important factor to consider. To lose weight, we must be in a deficit. To gain weight, we must be in a surplus. I normally include 1/2 cup of rice in my meals that call for it but to remove some calories I lowered that serving to 1/3 of a cup. I also decreased the amount of steak to 5 ounces. You could also pick a leaner cut of beef to lower the calorie load even more. The amount of peppers was doubled to keep a similar volume of food! .
For the weight gain meal I doubled the rice, added extra meat, and halved the amount of peppers. Gaining weight is all about pounding calories. I’ve always struggled with weight gain and I know a lot of you guys do as well. I’m hoping to start posting more content like this to help you with your goals 😎😎
