I notice so many people doing all kinds of acrobatic grips/moves on treadmill and stairmaster.. my strategy is being on the phone so i cant grab the handles! What do you think about this subject ⁉️😅

1. Boxjump - bra för explosiviteten och modet. Det går inte att bromsa och fega ur för då skrapar man upp smalbenen.
2. Hängande rodd.

EVENT 3: I’m gonna be honest, I thought this was going to go a LOT better. Going out on the floor, I thought I was going to win my heat 🤣I got 19th 🤦🏼♀️lol thought I’d do better than practice (which I did the same as practice) and I didn’t expect the field to do that well. Lol and I say all this just to be honest—that’s where my head was at. I believed in myself going into this event. I came off the floor EXHAUSTED and a little mentally defeated. We had a fairly quick turn over for event 4 and I was DRAGGING in the warm up. I knew it would be a good event for me so I was trying not to check out. Then I found out I fell down to 6th 🤦🏼♀️🙄
EVENT 4: said my prayers before 3-2-1 like I always do and knew I just had to grind for 6 more minutes of my day. I decided to “play it safe” with singles on the heavy snatches and I’m glad I did 🙂lol although, I did started snatching before finishing all my burpees 🤦🏼♀️#typical
😝haha but was able to swing a 4th place finish!! 🙌🏼
After that and a great dinner with my favorite friends, I’m feeling great and ready for tomorrow. 2 points out from 4th and 26 points ahead of 6th 🙌🏼I won’t let you guys down 😆thank you for all the cheers!!! Always seek to test and challenge yourself in new ways. I'm going to drastically improve my vertical leap by consistently working on it. Why? Because I can.
