We rarely think of sideways movement in daily life, and controlling the body from this foreign perspective is difficult to wrap our brains around. Add to that the much smaller base of support and altered centre of gravity and you have a tricky but valuable skill set to develop 🙌🏻 Do you only think of training as “muscle groups” to strengthen? Back, arms,chest, legs?? Maybe consider thinking of some sessions as “movement groups” Flexion, extension, rotation and lateral flexion 🤸🏻♀️ ...and if you can do it poolside... all the better 😂 #FitnessHealthWellbeing #exercisetoFEELgreat

For your inner thighs and abs 🔥🔥🔥 1. Squeeze ball in between your feet and press low back against the floor/mat to fire up your lower abdominals.
2. Kick legs up and over head until the ball taps the floor pressing your palms to floor by your side.
3. Kick legs straight up lifting your booty and back off the floor as much as possible firing up your abs and lower down one vertebra at a time.
4. Repeat until you grunt and give up haha 😅
Bonus: do this with an oil mask on your hair to look super sexy in the gym 😂💁🏻♀️💀
