When I find an exercise I like I tend to do it over, and over, and over again... which does not bring any challenge to my workouts and makes them BORING 👎🏼 Instead of having a boring workout, experiment with different equipment! There are tons of exercises you can do on a bosu ball to challenge yourself and change up your routine!

You know, those half cut off balls your trainer tells you to do sit ups on or no one will fancy you. If you know what I'm talking about, you'll know how hard this is, hence a couple of comical falls.
