In order to develop phenomenal core strength along with great balance and stability you must train with different pieces of equipment.
Here I'm utilizing sliders and the @strongboardbalance
to really attack my core and stability muscles. This piece of equipment is similar to the bosu ball, but times 10. As you notice how the strong board continues to move rapidly, it's simply because you never find a stable spot on it.
