I have to tell you guys a huge secret!! .
I started this new nutrition program about 4 weeks ago and have lost 4-6lbs depending on the morning 😉. I haven’t deprived myself, I haven’t missed out on social events, and I have enjoyed life and just changed my mindset about food.
It has been so freeing I want everyone to experience this freedom! There is no counting calories, no counting macros, no fad doeting, no yo yoing, just following basic principles and seeing results. AND if you don’t like to workout, no worries working out is EXTRA CREDIT. .
I will be honest and say I was struggling before this program. It seemed like every program I did, I didn’t see huge results. I had a lot of changes and stress in my life and while I was trying to stay on track with my nutrition, it was HARD. I got so consumed by counting macros and making sure I got 6 workouts a week in that I felt guilty if I missed a workout. Now, there’s nothing wrong with working out 6 days a week and counting macros, but for me, it took over my life in a negative way. .
Now I feel free and the healthiest I have been in months. I no longer feel guilty for having a scoop of ice cream of missing a workout. I have also lost my mindset of all or nothing. Not only am I seeing amazing results, but I feel so in control and healthy.🙌🏻

I would like to wish a very happy Father’s Day to the best dad EVER! Thank you for teaching me how to work hard, making me the best peanut butter sandwiches, and washing my car every weekend. And thank you especially for doing everything and more for mom these past 2.5 years 😇
My dad took THE BEST care of my mom while STILL working full-time! He organized who would be visiting her each week, stayed up-to-date on all household duties, and even made sure to bring her out to places on weekends if she was feeling up to it.
I’m so lucky to have him — and there is no one quite like him ☀️
This guy believed in me since day 1. At times when I doubted myself, missed a goal in my business or felt inadequate, he would say “Rachel, you’re doing great! Keep doing what you’re doing!” In other words... “You are enough, as you are.” How perfect is he? This man is a huge part of why I decided to dream so big with this business. This is one of my favorite summer treats! Lobster from the Atlantic is just the best! Without a doubt, Maine is the top state to order lobster however I found some other gems off the Atlantic that are just so good!
Lobster is a good source of protein, zinc, copper, vitamin B12 and lower in calories (before dipping in butter or adding mayo). However, it is fairly high in cholesterol (~125 mg per 3 oz) and sodium (~400 mg)
Here’s the thing, I don’t think many people are overeating lobster 😂. If so, I’d love to meet them because they are living pretty good 🙌🏻. So, does a Dietitian eat this? You bet! This Dietitian waited all winter for one! Enjoying your favorite meals at times without substitutions or deprivation is an important part of staying healthy

I'm standing in front of John Hammond's castle. Who is John Hammond??? .
John Hays Hammond Jr. (April 13, 1888-February 12, 1965) was one of Americas greatest inventors. .
He was known as "The Father of Radio Control". He pioneered the developments in electronic remote controls.
When he was 12 years old he met Thomas Edison. He asked so many questions that Thomas Edison took on the role of being his mentor. They were friends up to the day Edison passed away.
John Hammond met Alexander Graham Bell at Yale University. He too became one of his mentors and a life long friend.
John Hammond is credited with over 400 patented inventions. (Mostly in the field of radio waves and naval weaponry).
John Hammond lived in England when he was a small boy which is where his love for castles came from.
He built his giant castle in 1929 over looking Gloucester Harbor in Massachusetts. It took 3 years to build and cost him $500,000. The castle was his home, laboratory and where he showcased his collection of Roman, Medieval and Renaissance artifacts. His Castle is now a museum open to the public. .
