I’ve been saying a prayer to the 🍑 gods and something has been happening!! 😹😹 Seriously though. Day 40 in 80 day obsession is tomorrow. This morning when I woke up, I thought well I’m about half way through, if I quit now, I will feel ok about this, right?? Nope. So glad for progress pictures. My waist has NEVER been this small. My butt is getting so round and lifted - but most importantly is just about simple free 😂 And my legs are getting so strong!! I think I’ve found my swolemate program! This is really awkward to do in public, but get over it. It works really well. Using the hip abduction machine, just lift your booty off the seat and hold on to the machine. This really engages the butt instead of just sitting. 🌟 #girlsthatlift #bootyworkout

starting the week off right w a solid leg day 😛 this hits a lil bit of quads hams and booty so for a well rounded leg day here y’all go: - 3 sets of heavy hip thrusts -3 (non pictured) sets of squats cause I’m workin on my hip mobility and my form sux rn - 3 sets of split squats - 3 sets of smith machine good mornings (first time trying these as an alternative to rdl’s and imma fan although it feels weird at first, focus on driving through your hamstrings) - 3 sets til ur quads fall off from sissy squats -2 sets of hip abductors andddd finished it off w some sled pushes, which I added @smiley.rae to after this and we had a grand time pushing each other around the gym 😂 #fitness #gymmotivation #gymshark #bootygainz #bootyworkout #bootyfit #fitchicks #mondaymotivation
I need everyone to drop what they’re doing, grab a mini band, and DO THIS WORKOUT ↴ This is the hardest booty workout I’ve had in a long time. And nothing but a band was needed. Just your will power to push through the burn 🔥 This started out being a glute activation circuit, then rapidly turned into the best burn I’ve had in a while so I added a bit to it and made it THIS: Circuit 1: ❶ 25 lateral steps each direction ❷ 20 squat steps each direction ❸ 20 cha cha’s each leg (in a row, don’t alternate these. also make sure you’re bent over and stationary legs are in 90 degree angle!) Circuit 2: ❶ 30 wall glute bridges (make sure knees angle out a bit as you press up) ❷ 30 wall hip abductions (stay pressed up!) Circuit 3: ❶ 30 hip thrusters (make sure your knees are directly above your feet) ❷ 20 box squat jumps Y’all. Please do this. And let me know. Because it’s SO GOOD 👏🏻

The 🍑 and hammies were on fireeee after this workout 🔥 (swipe ➡️ for clips!) Seriously haven’t felt a burn this intense in a long time. Went up in weight just a lil bit but really cut my rest time between sets and ouchhhh it was a good one! Try this one out for dem glute and ham gains: - Sumo squat 5x10 - Sumo squat w pulse 4x8 (see clip) - Superset 1: - 1a. Narrow stance squat 4x12 (see clip) - 1b. Split squat 4x10 (see clip) - Hip thrust 3x12 - Dumbbell RDL 5x10 - Leg extension 4x10 - Hip abduction 3x15, last set until failure
Well it's my second week back to fulltime training. Today was leg day. If you haven't followed me long I have battled with a knee injury since November. Today is my first full leg workout other than total body. The only time I added weights was with stiffleg deadliest, anterior lunges and hip thrusters. Otherwise I used long and short bands. Double bands for a lot of moves.. working those glutes hammies and calves. Trying to keep the muscle i have without injuring my knee again.. BOOKMARK THIS 🍑LEG DAY🍑 It burns so good. What muscle group do you want to see next? 🌟 1) Deadlifts: 3-5 sets of 10 reps 2) Hamstring Curl Dropset: do 12 reps, then drop the weight. Another 12 reps, then drop the weight again. A third and final round of 12 reps. If you're feeling crazy, rest for a few minutes and then do that whole thing ONE MO TIME 😉 3) Banded Glute Extension: 3-4 sets of 15 reps (squeeze the glute muscles hard-- force them to grow! 😛) 4) Belted Squats: 3 sets of 10-12 reps (these are a little nicer on the lower back than regular barbell squats) 5) HIIT Finisher: Repeat this circuit 3-4 times: 20 Jumping Squats ➡ Rest 30 seconds ➡ 30 seconds of Battle Ropes ➡ Rest 30 seconds.
