1. Bulgarian split squat: 3x15 wider stance and weight on your front leg to emphasize your glutes.
2. These triceps things: 3x20 I don’t know the name but I love them. Dive under the bar (🍍bun gets in the way) keep your elbows in and push back up.
3. Platform sumo squat: 3x12-15 I went super slow to really get that 🍑🔥 keep your weight on your heels and outer feet.
4. Landmine squat-press: 3x12-15
5. Landmine lunge-press: 3x12 test your balance with these ones. Clearly mine needs some work. 😬
