WHAT IS MOBILITY & STABILITY?
These are fairly unused words in the fitness industry considering how vital they are to the function of the human body 🤔
MOBILITY relates to the range of movement you have in a joint/muscle.
STABILITY relates to control in that range of movement!
You need both to have a functional body and you can then build strength upon that fantastically functional body!

Mobility warm up then:
A1 - 6 rounds of pull ups.
B1 - dbl bell front squat
B2 - SLDL
B3 - half kneeling press L/R
B4 - ab wheel roll outs
C1 - 5 rounds of snatches .

I know what you’re thinking, and I’ll tell you right now, the lil muscles on the inside and outside of my hips are easily my new favourites. I feel our new found relationship is a lot like the close friend you have that you massively used to hate before you got to know them a bit, yes I have just personified my hip muscles....no you probably won’t find much more abstract and weird than that today.
Ps - this blossoming relationship had no influence on the provocative, sensual choice of music.....I just like the blues 🤟🏽
