Currently going through nutter butter addiction phase!! They have peanut butter which has protein in it, so it’s healthy right?😆😆 Still trying to find the right diet/ exercises to make my lil abs pop out more w/o cutting that much more (already dropped 10lbs this summer and your girl likes her food). Four hundred and three days of recovery. You know what that looks like? Yes it looks like weight gain, and being okay with it. Knowing that you’ve gained weight and being strong enough to not resort back to old ways. But it’s also my nails being the strongest they’ve ever been, my digestion finally get back on track, and my hair has finally stopped falling out. These are huge effects of eating disorders that I never recognized until recently. This is because I had been dealing with weak nails, poor digestion, and hair loss for the majority of my life (considering my eating disorder was the span of 13 years). My body is finally healing and thriving. Yes I’ve gained weight and that is a hard pill to swallow. I’m at that really awkward in between sizes in clothes where what I usually wear is a little tight, but the next size up is far too big. Here’s to realizing how strong I am and staying strong in my recovery. It would be the easiest thing in the world to pick up old habits to get my weight back down. I know what exactly works and how quickly I can get there, but that is the farthest thing from healthy and I have come way so far. For anyone that looks at me and things I need to lose weight, be skinnier, or that I’m unhealthy I will tell you this: when I was at my smallest I was praised for my weight loss and becoming healthy but I was anything but healthy. The way that my body is now and my habits are now healthy. It took a long time but FOUR HUNDRED AND THREE days of not restricting, not purging, not bingeing, not excessive/obsessive exercising later and in the healthiest I have ever been regardless of what you thing my size says about me. My hair, nails, and gut tell a completely different story and I am so proud of this small win.

Но вместе с пигментом из волос стали уходить и другие элементы, делающие здоровый волос упругим, гладким и блестящим.
На Бали есть отличный салон , где делают просто спасительное восстановление на косметике davines. Раньше я делала его раз в две недели, но все же эта процедура не из дешевых, да и времени с дорогой занимает много, а все время хочется уделять семье и друзьям, а не парикмахерам)) Но буквально месяц назад @davines_russia
прислали мне специальную маску, для волос подверженных сильному облучению ультрафиолетом, и как-то раз я забыла смыть ее через указанные 15 минут, а проходила с ней целый час. Волосы после этого были просто бомбические) серьёзно, какбудто новые отросли)) Думаю, не нужно говорить что в салон я больше не езжу ( только изредка, ради их массажа головы 💆🏽♀️), а вот маску везде беру с собой - на случай, что останемся снова ночевать в бунгало прямо на пляже) и, конечно же, каждый раз оставляю ее на волосах не на 15 минут, а на час.

After losing 4.5st in 2015, it piled back on in a matter of months after getting the depo-provera jag.
My diet and exercise hadn't changed but even my PT asked "what the hell are you eating to gain 2 stone in 8 months?!" I burst out greeting because I was busting my ass at the gym, drinking very little alcohol, and eating as well as I did to lose the weight in the first place!
My (useless, ignorant and obese) GP was incredibly rude to me and referred me to a dietician and said I should 'move more, eat less'. After me running through my diet and exercise diaries!
I moved practices and have since heard others say how rude she is to people.
I had NLP with @itsnotabigsecret
which has put me in a better headspace but made no difference to my weight, which is how I know there's more to this than meets the eye. Luckily my new GP is amazing and is running tests and getting a gyno referral for me for PCOS to rule things out.
I'm back out jogging, back at the gym (after a combo of injury and frustration and a 'feck this schizz' few months!). So here's me at my slimmest, 12.12st (I'm 5'11"). I was a 12-14 and felt amazing. I'm now 16.10st and a 16-18.
I'm happy in myself, but for my health I want to lose fat.
Signed up for a local 10k in Sept, and will use that and my Cuba holiday as motivation 😂

Hola✨ gym was packed once again lol but I managed to get a cheeky dead vid😏💪🏼 (swipe for selfie)
Vid shows set 3 of 3 x 3 70kg Deadlifts (from rack) 😏 (little over extension of first rep, oops) I am BUZZED to see myself gaining strength each week and able to lift more weight 🏋🏼♀️ As I mentioned the other day on my story I’m staying away from squats this week to give ma bod a little break .... but I lied lol today was my first training session this week so thought that was plenty rest🤷🏼♀️ I kept it relatively light with a drop set start at 4 x 70kg, lowering the weight and upping the reps😇

I’ve been feeling under the weather recently and it has left me feeling super unmotivated to do anything. I’d much rather be at home sitting on the couch binge watching Netflix w the AC on full blast while eating handfuls of chips & pints of ice cream than working out. Seeing as mentally, I was gonna drown deeper in the no gym happy vibes, I decided to get my shiz together. And the first step was actually getting myself into gym clothes.
My motivation TODAY came from me thinking I looked cute in my outfit & the fact that the free beats I got matched my top 😊 pure happiness.
This motivation led me to burn 114 calories in the first 10 min of my workout. I did this by warming up on the treadmill -> walking at an incline of 13 & a speed of 3. Because of some happy thoughts & feeling positive, my body was energized & ready to put in the work 💪🏼
It’s perfectly NATURAL for you to feel super motivated one day and not at all the next. Motivation comes in small bursts, find what motivates you NOW and act on it! All the different small daily motivation will fit together like pieces of a puzzle and help you achieve the bigger picture; your END GOAL.
Don’t be afraid of losing motivation... the new motivation you discover will push you harder ❤️
