JULY 2017 ➡️ JULY 2018 When I started going to the gym around the time of the first photo, I cried the first time I went. Why? I was used to just running and that was all. It was my comfort zone. @roachhey encouraged me to follow along in his weights routine and I was 100% against that because I didn’t know what I was doing & I knew I wasn’t going to be the best/strongest in the room. I felt so embarrassed and weak. However, I was comfortable with just running on the treadmill because I could outrun anyone in there. I sat at the desk of the athletic director and just watched Wyatt and felt bad for myself. I went home that weekend and literally googled “How to work out”, “best exercises”, “how to gain muscle”, and all of those silly questions we won’t admit we’ve googled before. 😉 I vividly remember spending HOURS on bodybuilding.com learning about exercises, nutrition, and scrolling through their shop and wondering what creatine was. Thank you @bodybuildingcom for building my foundation of everything I know regarding this whole fitness thing! Over time, I learned to love the gym and eating well until I formed a habit. Now it’s a lifestyle and I absolutely love it. I’m completely a different person now and the only reason I do as much cardio as I do is because of @nicktongstrong. (Thanks, coach!) Stair master is my bff. Reflecting on this past week..☁️ For those who have been following along, I was in CA with my bestie @cc_liftlife . - I have NOT tracked macros since last Wed. We ate our veggies & we SLAYED our workouts but also enjoyed foods like pizza, ice cream, sushi, chocolate covered fortune cookies, etc.🤤🍕🍨 (Peep my highlight for food porn) . Today after my last meal, I was still short 40 grams of fat I needed to get in somehow 🤔 My answer, FAT BOMBS 💣! These badboys will do the trick 💡 --- This recipe makes 8 fat bombs, 1 per serving, and the macros per serving are as follows: FAT: 20 PROTEIN: 4 CARBS: 2 --- 2 of these candy cups were just the answer I needed to finish off my macros for the night! Recipe Below👇 ---- 1/2 cup Coconut Oil 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder 4 tbsp. PB Fit Powder 6 tbsp. Shelled Hemp Seeds 2 tbsp. Heavy Cream 1 tsp. Trying to not let the hungies define my attitude during the day! We’re a little less than 3 weeks out from my bikini competition. I would say my biggest worry would be my legs not coming in lean enough because in my past shows that was always my down fall. BUT @prepbywill has my back and we are going to put our all into these upcoming competitions.
