3 MOVES FOR BETTER T-SPINE MOBILITY . A lot of you want to improve your thoracic spine or midback mobility. It will help you improve your overhead positioning, pressing, rowing, and just about all other movements in one way or another.🕺🏻 . Unfortunately, modern day lifestyles really bias flexion and we often don't experience extension that much, which can make it hard for you to get into that motion quickly. So I put together a little routine of 3 movements that will really help you unlock that midback. . 🔹️Open Book 🔹️Quadruped Rotation 🔹️Thoracic Cat/Cow with Overhead Reach . Start with the passive opener in the open book exercise. This is an easy one to loosen up and free up some motion. Only rotate so far that you keep the knees on the ground. Then go to the active drill and work into your end ranges with the quadruped rotation. This will help you use that motion and build strength near your end range rotation and extension. And lastly, integrate it all together into some overhead motion with the cat/cow and reach. Drive through the ground with the down arm and reach to the ceiling with the other to bring it all together.💪🏼💪🏼 . Без резких и грубых движений,без прожатия лишних групп мышц и без позирования как в бодибилдинге!😬 В нашей категории можно напрягать спину,плечи и пресс ☝🏻 ☑️ЗАПОМНИТЕ ☑️ 1️⃣Пресс на сцене всегда напряжен,дышите через зубы когда улыбаетесь небольшими вдохами🤷🏼‍♂️😅 2️⃣Спину раскрываете на максимум,но не сутулитесь и не ставите ни в коем разе обе руки на пояс😏 3️⃣ Плечи должны быть вставлены и подперты широчайшими,но никак не выкинутая рука вперёд,что тем самым срезает круглость ваших дельт❗️ 4️⃣Ноги стоят на такой ширине чтобы с талией и плечами они образовывали Х форму . 🔱The decline barbell chest press🔱 - This is a great chest exercise to target your lower chest 👊 here's how to perform it - 1⃣Secure your legs at the end of the decline bench and slowly lay down on the bench. 2⃣Using a medium width grip (a grip that creates a 90-degree angle in the middle of the movement between the forearms and the upper arms), lift the bar from the rack and hold it straight over you with your arms locked. The arms should be perpendicular to the floor. This will be your starting position. 3⃣As you breathe in, come down slowly until you feel the bar on your lower chest. 4⃣After a second pause, bring the bar back to the starting position as you breathe out and push the bar using your chest muscles. Lock your arms and squeeze your chest in the contracted position, hold for a second and then start coming down slowly again. Tip: It should take at least twice as long to go down than to come up) 5⃣Repeat the movement for the prescribed amount of repetitions. ⛔Caution If you are new at this exercise, it is advised that you use a spotter. If no spotter is available, then be conservative with the amount of weight used. Also, beware of letting the bar drift too far forward. You want the bar to touch your lower chest and nowhere else. Don't bounce the weight off your chest.
