So this is my bod in all its glory! 😅 I decided I needed to take a "before" picture that showed my whole body. I figure this will be valuable for comparison down the road. I have already lost 12lbs, but except for less bloat I pretty much look the same. So here I am, at my most unconfident and least healthy version! I am super excited for my collarbones and neck/jawline to reappear, and to be able to fit into some old clothes I saved. 😻

Magnesium Bath Salts last week and my body was so grateful. I go to the gym 6 times a week so I always have at least one sore muscle group and last week it felt like I’d been hit by a truck until I used these. I soaked with them in warm bath for around 45 mins and afterwards my muscles felt relieved and my whole body was relaxed. These are fantastic and something I will be incorporating into my recovery routine much more often 💋

I took the first image in November, which was before I started losing weight (technically started Dec. 31). The second picture was just a few days ago. I’m so close to hitting my goal of 20 pounds down but I haven’t been feeling much different so using comparisons like this really help me stay motivated and visualize my progress. There is roughly a 19 pound difference between the two pictures 💖

almost every saturday morning for a year and a half I've made my boyfriend pancakes for breakfast 🥞 it's always my big treat on the weekend and I try my best not to feel guilty about them. chocolate chips, bananas, and strawberries make for a yummy stack 🍌🍓
Today is such a lazy Saturday! It’s overcast and chilly so I literally feel like 💩, but that may also be due to the immense amount of sugar I had yesterday😂
Oh well though! Today is a new day so I got up and went to the gym and am continuing on trying to be my healthiest, as last night was just a bump in the road, and enjoying a slice (or two) of cake didn’t screw up all the progress I have made thus far. Now, time for a nap!

This week has been a little frustrating the scale hasn’t really been moving and of course school is picking back up after spring break which is always equally as stressful. I threw this outfit on to go to the gym yesterday and man what a difference from a couple months ago, the picture on the left was from a Saturday workout at the gym back in January and the one on the right is from yesterday. It’s just what I needed to get re inspired to keep going. Like look at my arm y’all I Remeber when I first got this shirt the arms didn’t fit at all and I was mortified that I was getting to heavy for an XL. But now I’m on my way to a Large 🔥💪🏼😍💯 #sidebysidesaturday
