fat loss results. Lost 10 pounds on maintenance calories ~3200 kcal per day. Only 19 days! Biggest changes I have made: No caffeine in 19 days and I feel great. So much more energy in my workouts and through out the day, but I still crave coffee. Not a single processed food has been consumed. I have eaten absolutely zero added sugars or sweeteners. Everything I have eaten has been organic. I have been sleeping more and with better quality. My head is so much more clear and sharp. My stress levels also seem to have dropped quite a bit without much changing in everyday life. Oh yeah and of course I eat steak every single meal :)
No time wasting! Sat back for 2 months not training hard or heavy thinking my spine was in a bad way. Did deadlifts Wednesday than Thursday Muay Thai some grappling followed by squats worked up to this comfortable 220kg even though my back was in bits! Doms have got me in a bad way right now. #doms #backtoback #comeback #futurefitness
