When you #fallinlove
with looking after yourself you find yourself making #choices
that have a long term #vision
After carrying and #birthing
4 children I could easily have opted out of the #belief
my body can still look and feel good.
Instead I make choices daily that impact much more than my body, they influence my #mind #body
As a result I'm #rewarded
with a body I'm #strong
within, that works at its best and that I can #tunein
to to see what and where needs work.
Is it #perfect
? Far from it... I still ache in places, crack from the years of not looking after it and aren't quite where I want it to be.
But I take full ownership of how I can stand #now
Often I dismiss compliments and take the humble and dismissive answer of "oh yes, I am one of the lucky ones" BUT... NO... I am not "one of the lucky ones"... I am one of the ones who chooses food and drink choices wisely, who nourish my body with products that nourish me, who stretches and exercises my body, who see's something I'm not happy about and takes the steps needed to solve it.
Is it easy... what do you think? No... Is it worth it... 100%
I'm not saying everyone should look like me... I'm just really asking... are you happy with what you see when you face yourself? If you're not then what is it you need to do until you can change that answer to a YES!!! You deserve to be and see the #bestyou
... don't you?
