Probably my favourite progress pictures to date. Same dress, just over a year and 2 stone apart and the difference is shocking. Believe it or not I was actually breathing in on the left! I remember that whole night I felt so uncomfortable in myself and I ended up going home early. Fast forward to last night! No breathing in, dress fits perfectly (I even had wiggle room!) and most importantly, I felt amazing in the body and the dress that I was in. So to anyone going through this journey with me, don’t set yourself crazy potentially harmful goals. Numbers do not matter! Size 8, size 14. Who cares?! Get yourself to the place where you are happy.
