This mom of two, joined FEMFIT only 4 weeks ago and has clearly made some epic progress! Do you agree or do you agree?
Last night she messaged me, it wasn’t to share these crazy results, but instead she needed to share how she felt discouraged because the scale hadn’t budged (despite her clothes fitting differently). After a few minutes of my usual f*ck the scale rants, body composition rambles and the “patience young grasshopper” talk, she sent me these photos! #mindblown
Here’s the best part! She achieved these results while eating intuitively, without tracking, while living in ITALY! #pizzawasinvolved
For those of you attached to the scale, you can continue to stay in your long term (probably emotional abusive) relationship with the calculator on the floor, but use other methods to track your progress as well. This can be assessing how your clothes fit, taking weekly pictures, measurements and checking in with how your emotional/physical well-being is.
Don’t let that weird metal contraption dictate your progress. You are more than a number.
I wish they made scales that talked to you every morning, pumping you up with messages like “Good morning you beautiful ray of strong badassery! Today you are going to make progress because you are unstoppable in the pursuit of your goals!”? I think I’d buy this scale, and I’d definitely make more progress than if it reminded me that I ate my favourite foods the night before!

Every day, I wake up and choose to have a positive attitude. Of course, there are days when it’s not easy to do this. 👉🏽Today I woke up at 4:30am, very SORE & very sleep deprived, but I had to get check-ins done, & get in my workout before work (peep dat shoulder pump😉). Guess what, having a POSITIVE attitude about accomplishing these necessary tasks so early definitely makes it easier!!! What I’m trying to get at is ***POSITIVITY*** is my secret to success. 😌💞 Why do I believe this?👇🏽

2 years ago I was about to graduate from college and my goal was to get a corporate job and make X amount of money.
I graduated a year early, so I used that to justify taking 6 months to solo travel before looking for a job. Spending so much time alone and away from any type of social influence from family, friends and society in general, I realized that what I thought I wanted was really what I had been conditioned to want...
So I finally decided to follow my dreams and create a location independent career that allows me to travel, work from anywhere I want, and spend my days the way I want to.
And that’s what I did! I started a little over a year, and now I have the freedom to be anywhere I want to be AND I’m making more than that $ amount I had set as my goal salary for a job in a windowless office.
I just want you guys to know that you don’t have to do what’s expected of you, and following your own path doesn’t mean you’ll end up broke!
I taught myself a ton of skills to get here, but one of the most important ones was learning how to make websites! It was quite a learning curve but it has opened so many doors for me SO I decided to make a guide for you guys! My A-Z guide to making your first website is up on solspier.com! Allergies are killing me but drugged myself up on reactine and got my butt into the gym. Back and biceps finishing off with treadmill intervals.
Ladies: Just a reminder to be patient and kind. These two photos are just a few weeks apart. Your body is constantly going through insane changes, whether you’re getting on or off your cycle, the type of stress you are under, what you are eating and how consistent you are makes a huge difference.
I felt like giving up in the picture on the right—I was angry and impatient, I wanted results and I wanted them immediately. What was even the point if all this work wasn’t visible?? I stuck with my routines, despite being frustrated and discouraged and today I took the picture on the left.
Slowly but surely, the changes are coming.
Stay Consistent: even if you fall off track jump right back on.
Stay Kind: don’t beat yourself up for mistakes or setbacks.
Stay Patient: everything takes time 💪🏽
