Happy Monday, My Lovelies!
Taking a break from social media is actually a good thing. We get so caught up with what everyone else is doing (most of it is fake) that we start to feel a certain way about not having what someone has or living the life that someone is living...again, most of it is fake. I know some of ya'll in real life. 😂😂😂
The news can have a negative impact on your mental health. So much is going on in the world and the news mainly focuses on the negative. Yes, we see positive images as well. However, the negative is what gets the people talking and the hate started.
Give yourself a break this week. Read a book, go for a walk, hang out with a friend. #takeabreak #donotfallforit #yourlifeisgreat #selfcare
I will never have this moment again. ✨☀️☁️☁️☁️☁️✨☀️
Have you ever travelled somewhere after drooling over all the amazing photos on Instagram and found it to be nothing like what you expected? That was me when I quit my job and moved to Bali🏝6 months ago. 〰〰〰
Any time you move to a new place there is an adjustment, but let me tell you, I started to feel like I was living in a movie. Just to satisfy your curiosity, here is a list of micro-catastrophes that happened to me in the first two weeks after I moved to Bali:
➡️I crashed my scooter 🛵
➡️I got 5 stitches in my knee🚑
➡️I got bed bugs🐜
➡️I got stuck at a cafe all night alone til 6am cuz I couldn't walk or get a ride in the pouring rain🌧
➡️I got my laptop locked in a safe for 24 hours (and no one knew the code!)🔑
➡️My house was infested with mold and I could't breathe🤢
Note cute, right? There were moments I wanted to get on the next plane✈️back to my cozy apartment in LA, but guess what, I stayed in Bali. The reason I am telling you all this is to tell you that radical growth and change does not happen in your comfort zone🙌
I came to Bali to grow my business and evolve as a person. While this certainly isn’t the way I expected it to go down, I can confidently say that I am a more resourceful, capable, and adaptive person than ever before🙏
While you don’t need to do something as extreme as move across the world in order to create change in your life, you *do* need to step outside your comfort zone.
Even if it’s just taking a different way home from work. Taking the stairs for a change. Cooking a meal instead of eating out. Start stepping outside of what’s comfortable and warm and you will start to see how much you are truly capable of.
This will be SO GOOD for your life and for your business✨
Bali has been a great teacher to me. Teacher of patience. Of kindness. Of needing to chill out and spend more time relaxing. Thank you Bali for these teachings. I will continue to find the moments of joy in the midst of chaos.
What you are going to do today to get outside your comfort zone? 👇👇👇
• “It’s not about the material things, it’s about those mystical moments, those transcendental moments, those moments where your jaw drops and you’re in aw of life, those moments that take our breath away, those moments that cause us.. and this has happened to me so many times and every time I have one of those experiences I think to myself, ‘I got this all wrong. Some vale has been lifted and now I am seeing more clearly about the way things really are’ that’s why we’re doing this to uncover the mystery of ourselves” - joe dispenza. #bepresent #bemindful #joedispenza #hikingadventures #believeinyourself

It can be easy let anxiety and stress get the best of you. At times I can use a little kick in the ass and find it comforting to google quotes that I can relate to 💕 later I will take it up a notch and sweat out the stress but for now this will help refocus my mind 🧠what do you do when you let your anxieties get the best of you? How do you take control?💪🏻
Never miss an opportunity to be kind. Spread love and have an amazing day😊✌🏽
yaşam bu bazen olur..
bazen sevdiklerinizle o veya bu sebeple ayrı düşersiniz;
The word Buddha is a title, which means 'one who is awake'.. In the sense of having woken up to reality.
Happy Monday! I hope you find a rosy perspective this week 🌷🌹
As I hung up the phone, tears started to roll down on my face and I couldn’t help but feel a bit sad. And then my sadness turned to frustration when the uber driver told me that I should stop crying because crying is bad.
“Why is crying bad?” I asked him. He said that there was nothing that I should be sad about, that there are worst things in life.
He then made things worst by telling me that if only I knew what he had been through then that would be a reason to cry. I politely told him that even though my life might not be perceived as hard or difficult to him, that doesn’t mean I can’t allow myself to feel sadness and that I should be constantly happy.
Now I understand that some people might have more reasons to cry than I do, but why is it okay to dismiss how other people are feeling because they haven’t experienced what you’ve experienced?
Our experiences are all personal to our lives, and just because my life story is not the same as yours doesn’t mean I’m not allowed to feel certain emotions.
We’re all human at the end of the day, and if a good cry is what I need, then so be it.
The point of all this is - don’t bottle your feelings in because you think you shouldn’t feel them. If you’re feeling it, ride it out, and let it out. Keeping things in will only blow out of proportion down the line & make things a lot harder to deal with when it comes out.
Who spends a lot of time driving or sitting for their job? I know I used to 🙋🏽♀️ Not having good posture while driving/sitting long hours can lead to chronic back and neck pain. Take a look at the person on the left, that totally used to be me! Not only was I not sitting up straight, but I got comfortable being uncomfortable. Then I realized what my poor posture was doing to my spine and my neck and decided to make a change. Improving posture overtime builds muscle memory. Being mindful about your posture and retraining your muscles to sit up straight is very important.
Massage Therapy is very beneficial for people suffering with chronic poor posture. Rounded shoulders could put a lot of pressure on the neck and shoulder girdle causing the muscles to tighten up and putting pressure on the joints. Massage techniques help to reduce the tightness in your muscles so your muscles can relax and go back to a restive state. This helps people to see how they engaging their muscles in an improper way. Between massage therapy and being mindful of your posture it can help change the way you feel on a daily basis. Don’t put up with the pain when you can change it! Let’s all sit like the person on the right 😊

We might understand someone thoroughly but one misunderstanding creates a situation where all those understanding goes vain. Take care of those misunderstanding and relationship stays forever.
Life is unpredictable and sometimes puts us in to a situation where we get ourselves emotionally hurt.
Life does it once but we get ourselves hurt several times by remembering that situation again and again.
Life is unpredictable but it allows us to decide what our destiny will be. We just need to work for it....!
Usually we overlook what we have & envy
what others have :(
If we look around, there are many who are craving for, what we are having ;)
Deep conversations with the right people are priceless but people don’t talk anymore, they don’t sit down to talk and listen. They go to the theater, the cinema, watch television, listen to the radio, read books, but they almost never talk.
On top of everything these virtual world technologies have changed the communication patterns to such a extent that people hardly talk to each other in person.
Life is unpredictable and it constantly changes. We never know what it brings next moment.
Irrespective of what life brings, it does provides us the skill and capability to make it better than what we had earlier.
Just imagine the life without challenges, we might feel comfortable but it would be lot boring as well.
Challenges keeps us occupied and overcoming those challenges gets us the sense of achievement.
Time doesn't stop for anything.
But we can definitely decide how are we going to use our time. How we use our time will decide where we reach and what will be our destination.
It's obvious, we don't need anyone's permission for it.. Our story should be written by us in such a way that we enjoy reading it again and again.
What is the meaning of life...!
It's the most frequently asked question with numerous different opinions and answers from all those wise people.
The answer differs from person to person and there is no fix definition of meaning of life. There can't be an answer which justifies everyone's point of views.
Yes, each one of us on our own needs to find, what is the meaning of our life. In simple words 'Meaning' means purpose.. we just need to check whether we have a purpose in our life, it can be anything.... which justifies our existence.
