Transformation Tuesday 💪🏻
This first picture was about 8 months into lifting. I was even skinnier before at 135lbs. I never had the best genetics. I was skinny fat. But one thing for sure is that I was willing to work! It all starts with a choice followed by an action. An action that changed my life forever. It gave me a new life. A new set of confidence. But most importantly a PURPOSE.
