To be more useful, here's something most know but don't practice, to look good, you have to eat good. You can't train like a horse and eat like a bird. Why aren't you growing? Why aren't you slimming up? Why are you tired? Probably because your diet sucks more than a hooker with a vacuum cleaner.
Also, I'd like input on this. I find that contrary to popular belief, my protein intake to be lower on my bulking phases than in comparison to my cutting phases. A gram per lb of bodyweight is what I shoot for actually and have great success. Everyone has a different body so I want to know what you do and why. I also need more than "because it works for me". If you have the science, get Bill Nye in this mother fucker.
Also, here's something that isn't useful. The turkey in these tacos were about a week old. The Greek yogurt sour cream I used was like a month old. Smelled fine. Figured I'd give it a shot. Yeah, well I removed all of this from my macros because by the second taco I started uncontrollably gagging and spit it all back on the plate. It was sexy.
