💚 I focus on health and wellbeing, but that doesn't mean I don't have specific goals, structured routines and carry them out DAILY.
💚 I ALWAYS have a goal. Weather it is to improve my gut microbiome, gain muscle or tone a little. - I set a date, draw out a plan keep myself accountable.

💚 My two goals were:
👉 Improve my gut health (I have successfully quit refined sugar for almost a year now) and
👉 Focus muscle development on my back, glutes and hamstrings.
