Bed head and abs✌🏽Recently I’ve been feeling a lot better so workouts have been a bit more consistent. Trained legs yesterday and will probably get in a home workout today. It’s about time for me to eat again. Yay!
While I would love to track my food a bit more, it just hasn’t been realistic these last couple of weeks. I’ve been eating what makes me feel better.
