Oh hello gorgeous!! Ok first of I am so excited that I’m at 500 followers so ofcourse a giveaway is in the works!
But I also wanted to introduce myself, the woman behind the cookies! My name is Elle and I have just recently moved back to philadelphia and into my own apartment! I currently work full time as an HR Assistant and in my free time I try and make as many gorgeous and delicious cookies as well. I started this little gig as a way to motivate myself while recovering from a stem cell transplant and have fallen in love with decorating!

Cut the croissants too short and couldn’t get as many shoulders as I wanted and possibly the roll in butter content was a bit too high for the flour blend to handle. Flavor is on point though. Nice and buttery with just a hint of tang. Keep on trying though. #baker #sourdoughcroissant #handlaminated #alwayslearning
