Can I just say that art is SO hard to maintain and share when your confidence is low? I go through this multiple times a year; doubting myself, doubting my progress, doubting my abilities. (I realize it's not that serious but it takes a toll on me.) I never feel like my body looks good, my makeup, my sewing or crafting or wig abilities. I feel awkward and anxious and sometimes I just want to scrap a project solely because I've worked on it for *too* long and I'm ready to be done. I have to remind myself that this takes time and effort. A lot of it. I can't tell you how often I've wanted to give up altogether and find something else to do. But I keep coming back to this.
TLDR; art sucks sometimes! Sometimes you work your ass off on something and it looks really awful. But thats the thing; i'm never going to get anywhere unless I make bad art first. So, make bad art! I promise you that you'll learn something even if you're not feeling 100% about a project. Despite not feeling too great with my appearance in this costume I'm glad I got to cosplay my best boy, finally, and I'm super proud of my guitar. ☄🎸#personal #cosplay #bucky #buckybarnes #buckybarnescosplay #marvel #marvelcosplay #avac #avengersacademy #avaccosplay #avengers #avengersacademycosplay #momocon #momocon2018
