Day 22 booty 💪🏼💦✅ This feels normal now. To work out and to eat healthier. There’s so many snack at work, they keep appearing and recently I’ve been sooo much stronger than I have ever been. Yesterday in my meeting at work my head of department bought some of my favourite biscuits ever - and I didn’t have one! Not even a crumb! Then today one of the PE teacher bought in some brownies (once again my favourite choice when it comes to dessert) and I didn’t have one piece! I munched on my celery and apple and I was happy about it. It’s crazy how not eating junk is such a huge achievement. Day 58: Cardio Flow is done ✅ 😅👊🏻😉 This one is a wild zoo!! It’s composed of 2 build up rounds plus 8 more rounds of 4 reps of each of the following 10 exercises: inchworms 🐛, spider push-ups 🕷, diamonds 💎, flamingos, ducks 🦆, gorilla 🦍 crawls, step thrus, bears 🐻, clams 🦀, and mule 🐴 kicks- to-frog 🐸 jumps 😳
I love this workout so much that I challenged myself by doing an extra round! 😜 That means I did a total of 11 rounds! 😁

Spring Break + Day 5️⃣8️⃣ CARDIO FLOW= REFEED DAY😋
Can you say 😋 yum!!! The kids and I had fun planning out what we were going to make today. We watched Fixate to help us decide which treats we wanted to try. Of course with 3 kids, we ended up with 3 desserts🤪
They decided on:
1️⃣ gluten-free donuts 🍩
2️⃣ peanut 🥜 butter chocolate 🍫 balls
3️⃣ chickpea brownies
They even helped me shop 🛒 for all our ingredients and of course argued over who can cross what off on the shopping 📝 list🤣
I love my little😍 helpers! It was a fun way to spend our morning🥣 The kids helped clean, prep and bake.
I think we’re all set on sweet treats. After all, you need options for when you have a snack attack🤪
I love that this is not a diet😬 but rather our lifestyle🙌🏻
