What would you do to pass the time if you were the only person on Earth?
Not sure this would be top of my list, but my character was alone for some time.
If you want to find out what else he got up to then you'll just have to buy my book. Link is in the bio.

Hi everyone so glad to meet you all 😊
My name is Emily and I’m working in my first book- affectionately know as KATIE.
I’ve been working on is since October/November and I think then end is in sight!
However like many avid readers who read several books at once (guilty) I’m also writing several stories at once.
My main characters, who you will see pop up in every story if only briefly, are: Keith, Ray, Shelly, Trisha and Castallia.
In my Katie story I’ve chosen to follow the lives of Trisha and Castallia more closely. Their daughter Katie has just gone to university in Toronto Ontario Canada 🇨🇦 and the story takes place over 3 years— long enough to achieve a degree. She grows from a teenager (omg partying is so fun!) to an adult who must face real world challenges (the death of a parent). Now a little about me. I’m in my mid thirties and originally from Ottawa Ontario but loved to Halifax Nova Scotia in 2001 to attend Dalhousie university. Married my husband in 2014 and we have a little house in the country. We share our lives with 2 dogs (haun and arwen) 2 horses (gryphon and eclipse) and 3 cats (pig, kermit, gonzo). My animals pop up often on my Instagram!
Your turn!!! So glad to have you all with me xo
#instawrimo challenge Day 19: Favorite Fictional Heroine. After finishing A Conjuring of Light by @veschwab , this one's a no-brainer. Delilah 'Lila' Bard is a fierce, strong, bad-ass heroine who found a way to my heart with her wit, charm, and bravery. 😎 Who's your favorite fictional heroine?

Wishing is romantic...but it won’t take you closer to achieving your goals of being a published author. Taking chances, taking action, keeping the action consistent, going with the flow and accepting change........now THAT’S a plan!! 💕
Whoo-weee! A five star review from Kim at Westhall Primary. I’m so happy you liked it, Kim. And there’s good news too... book 5 is out NEXT WEEK! Chat to your local book shop about getting a copy for the school holidays. Happy reading. #oliveblack#bookreview#comingsoon
