Stopped by Kmart on the way to the gym, was looking for some new inspiration! ..you know that feeling when you just need a new pair of leggings or some kind of thingamajiggy to inject a lil' bit more oomph into your workout haha! ..either that, or I'm just procrastinating! 😆
Anyhu, there wasn't a lot exciting in the gymwear there atm, so I tried on these; first up the little booty pants, I reckon I'd feel naked working out in the gym in these haha! ☺️kudos to those who wear'em, but no-one needs to see that much of me jiggling haha! ..next the Everlast set, not too bad & super comfy actually, its just sooooo boring though - whats with all the black & grey Kmart?! I thought the 80's were coming back in - where's the flouro so I can be DRIPPING IN FINESSSSE' ahah ..I need flouro leg warmers & gym wear in gawdy patterns, to go with my scrunchies lol ..you know it, you knowwww it 🎶😁 ..Lastly, that grey twisty dress that makes everyone's boobs look so damn great, 🍈🍈I'll sure give it that - its an instant boob lift, but all the action is definitely in the front with this, cos' its like a freaking sack at the back, needs some of that raunching on the butt for a lift there too ahah, 🍑I considered buying it for a nightie or a house dress, but its a bit itchy.
Anyway off to the gym now, I've been sitting on 71kg for too long lately, so I'm trying to up the ante a bit. My goal was to be in the 60's before the end of the month & I'm still fuddy duddying about with less than 2 weeks of the month left oooh!
If anyone knows great places/websites for fun gym wear in Australia, let me know below please. If anyone finds my motivation today, give it a kick in the bum for me, ugh its struggle street Sunday!

Radish chips! Yummy .. they definitely shrink while cooking. They don’t taste like potato chips... but they are definitely the closest keto food to potato chips - I recommend as they taste nothing like radishes and are salty little treats....
Sooo. I've been up and down and all over the place this month. I did tell y'all the other day, when I had a moment of clarity and started focusing on the NSVs instead. Those Jaffa and hot cross bun blowouts absolutely had an effect, and I stopped tracking my food. And it shows. I'm happy to have finished my third month of keto with even the slightest loss because I really don't deserve to have with how I've been eating the last few months. Over the next four weeks I'm going to focus on getting back to that stricter keto I was doing when I started. Counting and weighing my food, not having these stupid blowouts, reducing the amount of cheese I'm eating... I'd love to lose another couple of kilos before I go home to Perth for a visit in June.

Relating so hard to this! This week I was told "to eat some real food" by someone who eats nothing but eggs so he can control his weight and then snacks on muesli bars, sugary fruits, eats all the leftover food from meetings (always carb loaded), chocolate... instant rage.
4.5kg down in less than 3 weeks, my inflammation must have decreased as I’m in less pain and I no longer crave sugar!
Oh and I get to eat #eljannah
