First time for my man @alsohrabi
working out with @giancarv
and I. He kept up, and crushed some decent weight.
I threw a lot of exercises, sets and reps at him throughout this workout tonight. He may have been shocked a couple times that we had more to do, BUT he kept up and crushed those weights.
and I are now 15 days into the challenge, and the results are starting to appear more, and more.
Size, strength and stamina are all improving.

✔ Day 2
Took some time to relax on my lunch break, intentionally took some breaks to enjoy my work window views a little more, ran my diffuser all day today, and squeezed a 2-mile run in today! 🙌😌 I love the massive impact a few small choices can have on even the busiest of days. Even though I'm fighting a cold, today felt awesome!
Despite a busy day it was a good day. Though it also meant I had to wait to complete my workout till this evening.
