We took a deck of playing cards and assigned each suit to a squat, bench, deadlift and barbell over head press. We flipped cards 1 at a time and rep out the value. Finish the whole deck with no rest.
Jokers and Aces were 30s on battle ropes or burpees.

As most of you know I placed 3rd🥉in open men's heavyweight class as well as getting 1st 🥇in the Junior class (again). Disappointed/pissed with the placing. That being said there is no point in living in the past, it is what it is. Will be competing again in 2 weeks. The goal is simple, place and compete at a national show.
Sunday arm day. A little definition is nice but filters help bring it out more. .
Once again 4 sets of increasing weight with a triple drop set as the fifth. It is hard and it is tiring. I never thought such low weight would get me so tired.
