Your anxiety is your baby. You have to take care of it. You have to go back to yourself, recognize the suffering in you, embrace the suffering, and you get relief. And if you continue with your practice of mindfulness, you understand the roots, the nature of the suffering, and you know the way to transform it.
Been feeling inspired to create, and that’s what I did. Need to venture more before school starts, but work is killing me. 😭
ahhhhh yes, the hawaiian monk seal, the puppy of the sea 🐶 these precious angels only exist along this island chain, and are some of the oldest phocids evolutionarily. With only ~1,400 left from plastic entanglement, ingestion, gunshot wounds, food limitation, & climate change, you’re pretty lucky if you get to see one snoozing on the beach (hopefully protected by caution tape & a naturalist!) Your everyday behavior affects these guys, no matter where you live (@ oceancurrents) so keep them in mind every time you use plastic or buy seafood. what you do makes a difference & you have to choose what kind of difference you want to make 😊♻️🌈🌍 🌊
