New skill - owning my Mornings! . ☀️ If you’re someone who listens to/ reads personal development, catches any motivational TED talks on leadership or WHATEVER, you’ve probably come across the idea of owning your morning 🙌🏽 It seems to be essential for success in pretty much everything, so I’ve been making it a priority for the last few weeks. 🙂 #successfulwomen
Why?? Productivity! How?? Routine!
This is how my mornings look:
• Out of bed at 5:30am ( NO SNOOZING) ⏱
• Pre workout meal at 5:45am 🥣
• PD + Meditation + Plan day (on paper) 40 mins 🙏🏼
• Workout 7am 🏋🏼♀️ • Shake 8am 🥛 • Shower etc, start work at 9am 🚿
All while resisting the temptation to look my phone! #attentioneconomy
📱 aaaaaand then the rest of the day! .
This is specific to me, but the point is, get up, focus on yourself FIRST before you start paying attention to social media, plan your day and take care of your health early if you can, oh and smile 😊 ✌🏽 #progress
