Pushing your core to the LIMITS 💯 I don’t know a more intense core workout then this unless we are incorporating weight in the equation • How to properly do this, the most difficult way to get the BEST results • 1️⃣ Don’t swing what so ever, momentum makes this workout easier but, we’re trying to be as strong as possible and not look like a 🐟 out of the water 😂 • 2️⃣ On the way down go slow and controlled, this will make it A TON harder because your muscles are getting no breaks in between reps. • 3️⃣ Keep your legs at about 90 degrees at the bottom position. Don’t go too much higher, or too much lower. • 4️⃣ Your arms will go straight when your legs are straight, and your arms will go 90 degrees when your legs are 90 degrees. This is alright • Lastly this is a lot harder than it may look, So it may take some ab work to get up to the strength to do these without swinging around !

Empada fit😍 Ingredientes: 1 xícara de purê de batata doce. 1/2 xícara de farinha de grão de bico 1/2 xícara de farinha de amêndoas. (Dá pra fazer com farinha de amêndoas, farinha de arroz e farinha de aveia) 1 xícara de frango desfiado e temperado á gosto 1 cebola ralada 3 Cs de azeite. azeitona tempero a gosto (usei sal rosa e curry). Modo de Preparo: Misture todos os ingredientes (exceto o frango) e amasse usando as mãos até que comece a desgrudar. Coloque a massa nas forminhas (usei de silicone) somente no fundo e lateral, adicione o recheio no meio e a azeitona por cima, coloquei 3 rodelinhas. Faça a tampinha usando um rolo ou as mãos mesmo. Pincele gema por cima e leve no forno por 25 minutos ou até dourar. Renderam 6 empadinhas .
