Shoulders and abs today, don’t mind the dirty buns I was on the floor doing leg raises and got up to this 🤷♀️ The movement on the left is a shoulder press on a machine since it’s all we could get, so 15 reps then i face the other direction and do another 15
And on the right I did 25 reps and after I take a turn on each arm as a shoulder raise for another 25 in each arm so it was definitely a kill boulder shoulder workout!! And don’t mind my camera angle it totally fell a second later 😝
