What motivated you to start lifting? -
I remember when I first started to take things serious I started lifted weights with my dad. Figuring out ways to push each other and become stronger! After a while I found out that diet is really key if you want to SEE results. So I began researching, reading and studying different techniques to see what worked. I truly found it interesting that we could sculpt our body and become stronger. While at the same time your physique is the reflection of your diet. It was motivating when I could see a difference in my physique as well as performance and it pushed me to where I am today! -

My only competition is me! Yes, I want to compete on stage against others this year, but right now I’m only focused on being better than I was the days, weeks, and years before today. I’m so much happier when I stop comparing myself to others and where they are at in their journey. You can’t compare your Chapter 1 to someone’s Chapter 20! Just focus on you and keep grinding hard! 💪🏼❤️
