What motivated you to start lifting? - I remember when I first started to take things serious I started lifted weights with my dad. Figuring out ways to push each other and become stronger! After a while I found out that diet is really key if you want to SEE results. So I began researching, reading and studying different techniques to see what worked. I truly found it interesting that we could sculpt our body and become stronger. While at the same time your physique is the reflection of your diet.
