So, I left work early cuz my back is in quite a bit of pain. I went home, and laid on the couch for a while. But outside the sun was shining. And inside I was bored, alone, and getting antsy. So...I went for a walk. I went to the park across the street from my house, walked around, sat on a bench, breathed, and took in the sun. I let the stress and worries go for a few minutes. It's funny how much better things seem when you're sitting in the sun for a while. I'm back home now. Resting my back. But that last hour or so....man...it felt really damn good.

So after a month of starting to use this pre-workout and today, finishing my first tub. Time for honest review. As far as cons go, the only real con and it’s common with most pre-workouts is the price. I’m sure the price could be better but at the time same time, getting the best bang for buck is still present and the loads of benefits that come with pre-workout is just crazy. No jitters. No weird body temp where you feel cold and hot at the same time. Great taste. No upset stomach. I have to give this a 9/10 and I’m gonna continue using it. Look at this colour 😍 πŸ’šβ € β € Pesto: β € β € β€’ 1/2 cup Nuts (I use a mix of pine nuts and cashews)β € β€’ Juice of 1 lemon πŸ‹ β € β€’ 3 packed cups of Spinach (you can mix with kale as well)πŸŒ±β € β€’ Handful of fresh Basil β € β€’ 1/4 Cup extra virgin Olive Oil β € β€’ 1 clove Garlicβ € β€’ Salt and pepper to taste πŸ‘¨β€πŸ³β € β€’ 3 Tbsp of nutritional Yeast (you can also use Parmesan cheese if your not Vegan)β € β € Blitz all of the ingredients in a blender until desired consistency (I like mine smooth so I blend for longer) Set aside πŸŒ±β € β € (Note: this makes a lot of pesto so just use 2-3Tbsp per serve) β € β € Pasta: (1 serving)β € β€’ 50g Edamame Pasta (normal pasta is fine but not as high in protein)β € β€’ 1 Cup peasβ € β€’ 1 Cup mushrooms β € Boil pasta for 6-8minutes and drain once cooked. Cook the mushrooms and peas either by frying or steaming and set aside. β € Mix it up! Not going to lie, today's workout was super uncomfortable. I'm a little sunburnt and my back is actually very sunburnt. I should've opted out of leg day today but I didn't. I could've done upper body πŸ€¦πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ the bar on my back hurt awfully and the exercises after that just felt uncomfortable. My body is literally radiating heat thanks to the sunburn. I still got a pretty sweaty workout in. Focused a little bit on my hamstrings and hip thrusts. For those who are going to ask, these shorts are from FashionNova. Y'all, I really don't know what the hype about this brand is because they haven't impressed me yet. I have a pair of capris that I like and that's it. The first time I ordered something, they sent me the wrong order. These shorts right here are cute, but they ride up so I had to get a hoodie from my car to cover up. πŸ™ƒ also, they run a little big so if you're regularly an XS and all they have is a S, don't order it. Matching & Sorting 🌟 I’m amazed by how he plays with this circle sorter now. Besides matching each knob correctly, he can name the colors verbally. Can even match them with the colors on his play rug (except the orange since there’s no orange on the rug). Glory to God.
