first started one of her goals was to be able to do pull ups. Last time we attempted these she couldn’t even do one. Before this clip she did 10 all on her own! This brought a huge smile to my face seeing her progress and getting one step closer to achieving her goals! Proud of you @dredayy562

If you don't plan deadlifts into your weekly workouts- then you need to, now!🙌🏽 Deadlifts are a big compound exercise which means it works multiple muscles whilst performing. They're a great exercise for building muscle and also burning fat!
A lot of people say when they start doing deadlifts " it just hurts my back" - Here is aydan performing the correct starting point for a deadlift, knees bent, bum down, back flat, looking forward. If you feel it pulling your back- record yourself from the side and if you don't look like this then you need to work on your technique!
