Now this one kind of really stole the entire effect of the movies last scene which I feel like many can agree on. The fact that all these future movies are confirmed brings the stakes of the movie down by a TON. We know Tchallas gonna come back along with most of the guardians and spiderman. Although the scenes of death of some of these characters (mostly spider-man and groot. ;-;) were super sad and depressing to see, the back of my mind always kept that same reminder that the deaths aren't gonna last and it kind of pulls away what imo is the most valuable thing of the MCU which is it's impact with death. Unlike the comics where everyone returns from the grave, in the MCU unless your name is Loki, you're probably not coming back to life. People have even gotten emotionally attached to ants (rip Antony) and the reality that these characters may or may not actually return would've been a lot more emphasized if it wasn't for the fact that the MCU already confirmed the future of films. Some argue that anyone would've obviously known they'd come back bc it isn't possible to have literally half the universe die permanently BUT the thing is that we have no idea if in the process of getting everyone back, Tchalla would die and Shuri takes over as Black Panther or if Peter dies etc etc. The constant hanging and reminder of these future productions completely robbed the film of it's threat and worry that should've kept viewers on the edge of thier wallets for next years ticket price to part 2 which is imo one of the biggest issues surrounding the film .
infinity war was an actual work of art. I enjoyed it very much (tho not as much as all the hype that surrounded it) and although I did see some issues in it, there was also a lot of suprising things that came in the film that I unexpectedly enjoyed. Comment what your biggest issues or dissapointments was, whether you agree with this list, or if you don't, then why you don't agree with this list? Also comment any top 10s/5s I should do (though I'll probably have an analysis edit upcoming soon)
