& Utah now. And now that that’s out of the way! Diet has definitely been key for me staying fairly lean the past 7 months as my exercise has reduced drastically. I’ve average about 2 days a week of weight training & cardio until the last 2-3 weeks where I haven’t even done a single workout 🙈 I just got put on antibiotics for a sinus infection and I’m already feeling a little better, but my energy is still pretty low. We’ve had one sick kid after another the past month and I’ve had a lot of commitments. I just haven’t felt I had it in me to workout. I do recognize that I need to make working out a priority though because the less I workout the less I want to, and that’s how bad habits form. So looking forward to a fresh week & so happy I’ve had my HERS Pink Burst to help control my appetite and keep my metabolism up! Link & code in bio 🦋🌺

Color correction from today, took 4.5+ hours and lots of foil and elbow grease, but it's soooo worth it! Hard to believe a licensed professional did this to a loyal client 😖 banding of brown/ dark brown/ red/ orange/ yellow all underneath her hair and on the sides. We are on a journey to restore her hairs health, then bring her back to blonde the right way 🙌🏽

When I started, lateral raises were hard AF with 5 lbs x10. Now, I do 10 at 10lbs+10 at 8 lbs and 10 at 5 lbs in one set. Crazy.

to my first ever 5K! I was SO nervous and excited to participate in this race. I had always told myself year after year that my summer goal for myself was to run a 5k, but every year came and went without actually doing it. September 2017 was different. I was down 50lbs and confident I could do it this time. Being a newbie, I didn’t train, stretch, or prepare whatsoever before this race. My only goal was to finish. I didn’t care how long it took, or what place I came in. I’m proud to say I finished it, and I wasn’t even last! I was so incredibly sore after this race, I could barely move. But the pain was worth every second. This summer, I’m already planning on doing two races, and I seriously cannot wait!
