Exercise is a blessing not a chore, I workout because I’m greatful that I physically can!
Happy Monday loves!! The Best part about being fit is the fact that you can do it anywhere, anytime, anyway! There are so many different ways to exercise that are highly effective!
The reason Most people fail when they attempt a new lifestyle is because they aren’t doing what they enjoy, it feels like a chore, and do it because they think they should not because they truly want to!
You have to try all the different type of training/exercise till you find that one you truly enjoy !! ⛹🏼♀️🤼♂️🏌🏽♂️🏄🏼♀️🤽🏻♂️🧘🏼♀️
In the beginning of any process there is learning which can be uncomfortable. We are programmed as humans to deter from or quit things that bring us discomfort, or challenge us! Keeping things simple starting out is key 🔑 to not being overwhelmed! And becoming overwhelmed is key to quitting!🤦🏼♀️
You need to look beyond the uncomfortable moment, realize the discomfort is only temporary & the feeling of achievement will last forever!
It’s not about the weight you loose... it’s about the quality of life you gain! Exercise should be a celebration of what your body can do not a punishment for what you ate!
Here is a great, highly effective glute, legs, ab, & core outdoor workout that you can do with or without resistance bands!
I love being outside any chance I get, especially on the water hearing the birds chirping & the souls of the waves while I train is like heaven to me. Not only am I Training my body but my mind & my soul as well!
So start this week off try something new! Grab yourself a set of resistance bands & a stopwatch:
Do as a circuit -> each exercise 30 sec then repeat circuit as many times as you desire. OR You can break them up any way you like do all glutes/leg; then do abs.
