2nd 10 minutes Event (with 5 minutes recovery time)
TALC 2 x 12kg Intentionally went lighter than usual due to unforseen schedules changes ( as one of my athletes have family commitments to attend at short notice )
Got to keep going...even if it s an unideal Back to Back !
Got to show all my athletes under my guidance , the Coach can back it up ( although I didn't get the numbers I want but I didn't Drop the Kettlebells and I finished Dignified /Standing ! )
Ready for the unexpected, that's why I Train....always staying ready so I don't have to get ready!
